This item is for replacement of red laser show laser diode. There are countless uses for a small compact HIGH POWER RED laser, such as HOLOGRAPHY, LASER LIGHT SHOWS, High Speed Communication, Medical, etc...

You are see a lot of three precision new high power laser diodes. They are rated for Class IIIb 250mW @650-660nm pulse and 90mW CW developed for DVD RW.
These are brand new and removed from the package of 100 in a Lot of 500  factory sealed.

It has enogh power margin(More than 100mW CW).
Some customers report me successfully drive 160mW CW without reduce life time.
Some customers successfully drive it as 250mW Quasi-CW but some customer not
therfore I sell it as-is for pulse power(I've no way test it) .
